Parent Care is not an emergency service. In an emergency, always call 112 or 108 first. During the first visit we put an emergency plan in place with nearby contacts and the nearest hospital.

*Lab tests are billed at the lab’s own published price, compared and booked through LabFare. Prices are per household for one parent; a second parent at the same address is added at a reduced rate. Billing is in Indian rupees; dollar amounts are approximate (US$ shown at ₹88 = $1) and your card issuer sets the final conversion.

Frequently asked questions
Is Parent Care available now?
Not yet. We are launching in Bangalore first and opening to families on the waiting list in order. Families who join now get priority slots and launch pricing.
Which areas of Bangalore will you cover?
We are starting with South and Central Bangalore and expanding by neighbourhood. Tell us your parents’ area on the form. Demand from an area is exactly how we decide where to go next.
Who will visit my parents?
A trained nurse or health assistant, supervised by a doctor. We try to send the same person every week so your parents get to know and trust them.
Is this an emergency service?
No. We visit on a schedule and act fast when we find a problem during a visit, but we are not on call 24×7. In an emergency, call 112 or 108 first. We help you set up an emergency plan and contacts during the first visit.
Will you replace my parents’ doctor?
No. We monitor between doctor visits and share reports with their doctor, so appointments are shorter and better informed. We do not change prescriptions.
How are lab tests charged?
Blood tests are booked at the most affordable accredited lab using LabFare’s price comparison, and you pay the lab’s own published price with no markup from us. Sample collection happens at home during a visit.
My parents don’t like the idea of “being checked on”.
That is common, and the first visit is designed for it. It’s a conversation, not an inspection. Most parents come to look forward to a familiar visitor who takes their health seriously.
Can I pause or cancel?
Plans will be month-to-month. You will be able to pause during travel or a hospital stay, and cancel any time.
Are the prices final?
They are our indicative launch prices, before GST. Your exact price depends on the plan and your parents’ location, and our expert will confirm it on the call before anything starts.
Can I pay from abroad?
Yes. Plans are billed in Indian rupees and can be paid with an international card. The dollar amounts on this page are approximate; your bank sets the final conversion.
