What we collect, and what we don’t

There is no account. You cannot sign up, and we do not ask for a name, phone number or email to compare prices.

We do not store medical records. We do not receive, read or keep prescriptions or test reports, and nothing about you is sent to the labs. Booking happens on the lab’s own site under their privacy policy, not ours.

We do not handle payments. No card or bank details ever reach LabFare.

Your cart is in the URL. The tests you select live in the page address so a comparison is shareable and reloadable. Closing the tab is enough to forget it; there is no server-side copy tied to you.

We use Google Analytics. It tells us which pages and which tests people actually use, so we know what to fix and what to add next. It sets cookies and records the usual anonymous things — pages viewed, rough location, browser, where you arrived from. It is never joined to a name, and there is nothing medical to join it to: no account, no records, no payments.

Outbound links. When you tap through to a lab you leave this site. The lab may pay us a referral fee, which never changes your price or the ranking.
